Please ensure you read and accept these terms & conditions carefully.  You are required to confirm you agree to them before completing the purchase of your order and making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Age of Consent Restriction

You must be over 18 years of age or be of the legal age within your particular country to place an order for SexMeHoney products.  You must not be offended by the products on sale within the site.  By entering, navigating and using this site you agree to discharge the owners of this site from any and all liability which might arise from your use of the SexMeHoney site.

  

Ownership of goods

SexMeHoney retain legal ownership of products ordered until we have received payment in full.  SexMeHoney is a trading name of D&C Enterprises.

 

All card transactions will discreetly appear on your statement as either "NoChex" or "D&C Enterprises" depending on your choice of payment provider.

  

Misuse

Products sold on our website are intended as novelty adult toys.  Accordingly SexMeHoney or its owners will not be responsible for any injury or unwanted event caused by misuse of any product ordered through SexMeHoney.  

  

Website

SexMeHoney will endeavour to ensure our website is free from technical, spelling or grammatical error to the best of our ability but you should contact our Customer Services team to discuss any error with the product or site. 

  

SexMeHoney reserve the right to update the website without notice in relation to product pricing, availability and description.

   

We sell our products in Pounds sterling which are fully inclusive of VAT.

  

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day but we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

 

You may print and download extracts from this website for your own personal use however we expressly forbid reproduction or copying to another website or public domain document without our prior written agreement.

  

User Accounts

SexMeHoney reserve the right to refuse your order if we believe you are not of legal age.

 

Each user account is for a single user only. We do not allow you to share your user name and password with any other person.

 

You are solely Responsible for the security of your account and password.  SexMeHoney will not take any responsibility for any misuse of users who share accounts  If you believe your account has been compromised you should contact us immediately.

 

SexMeHoney reserve the right to terminate a users account and reserve the right not to accept an order without exception.

  

External Web Sites

Any link to an external site are for you convenience.  SexMeHoney have no responsibility or association with these sites and any content therein.

  

Postage and Packing

All orders above £10 will be sent first class via Royal Mail recorded delivery.  You will be required to sign for your order upon delivery.  If you are not in to receive delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know they will hold your package for 7 days at your local depot.   After this the package will be returned to us and please be aware that if this occurs we will apply a postage charge to cover the cost of re-sending your order. For orders below £10 a cheaper 2nd class standard postage is available to you during the check out process.

 

Should we charge for shipping the postage rate will be shown in the shopping basket on the website and your invoice.

 

Data Protection
SexMeHoney comply with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties. For further details of our Privacy Policy please visit the link in the information window.

  

Returns Policy

At SexMeHoney we ensure all products are in 100% useable condition at the point of despatch.  As you will appreciate some of the items are of an extremely personal nature and an exchange or refund is not available on all items should you simply change your mind.  Please ensure you understand this before buying.

 

Notwithstanding this if the product is defective you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order in writing via email and we shall endeavour to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

 

Exchange on faulty products will be on a like for like basis.  If we are unable to replace an item you will be offered a refund but we will account for any free offers you were provided if the return takes it below the offer level.  You can of course return the free offer (provided it has not been used) to avoid this deduction.

 

Please note the following:-

  

  

1. Health and hygiene regulations mean that the goods must be unused and in the original packaging.

 

2. Items that we supply in sealed packaging that have been opened by you are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).

 

3. We require you to return the goods within 7 days from the day you received your order.

 

4. Lingerie and clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).

  

 

We would also draw your attention to the following extract from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

 

"The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states in section (13) Exceptions to the right to cancel part (1) subsection (c) for the supply of personalised goods or clearly which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. (d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer".

 

 

If we feel that the goods have been used, or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

 

Product Format or Colour

The manufacturer may supply products in a slightly different format or colour.  If multiple colours are available we will try to advise you of this via the website.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

SexMeHoney may amend these terms and conditions and any other statement such (eg privacy and security at any time).  These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
